Ceiling and wall luminaires whose luminaire housing at the same time forms the surrounding shield. These luminaires are characterised by the contrasting effect between the shield, the opal glass and the installation surface. Some of the light is emitted behind the shield and also illuminates the mounting surface. Depending on the colour of the installation surface, this creates an impressive light effect.

Three luminaire sizes, shallow installation height and different light outputs make these luminaires highly versatile. Our opal glass has a high transparency level, is resistant to ageing, easy to clean and looks brilliant. If it is not vandalised, it can last indefinitely. Synthetic material is impact-resistant but collects dirt more easily than glass. This is why we recommend opal glass – except in particularly vulnerable areas.

Electrical safety

The luminaires in this catalogue are designed and produced on the basis of the EN 60598/VDE 0711 standards. The majority of the luminaires bear the relevant test mark on the type plate as well as on the packaging and instructions for use. The other luminaires have been or will be submitted for certification, but the certification and approval procedure is still in progress. We can provide information on the status of the certification procedure at any time. Special orders are produced in accordance with the above set of regulations.
